Bazan, Charles G., Jr. 86, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on September 29, 2009. He was born in Phoenix on February 18, 1923. He attended Phoenix Union High School. Served in the Army in World War II. He retired from the Bureau of Land Management after 38 years of government service. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Consuelo, his sons and daughter Charles (Sylvia), William (Terry), Mike and Sally (Randy), 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation 9:00-9:30 am, Rosary 9:30 am, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am, Saturday, October 3, 2009 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24th Street, Phoenix. Interment to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85014.
