FRISONE, MARIA JOSEFINA

Maria Josefina Frisone, 22, was called to Heaven suddenly on 07/30/2012, while traveling through Oklahoma. Born in Arlington Heights, IL on October 23, 1989, where she lived until moving to Phoenix, AZ in 2006. Maria earned her Bachelor’s with Honors from ASU at age 21, with plans to work toward her Masters in school counseling. Maria enjoyed life to the fullest, had been involved in gymnastics, cheerleading, and was a gifted artist, especially making clothes and crafts. She is survived by parents Joe & Betina Frisone; sister Monica Frisone; grandparents Joseph & Grace Frisone; and aunts, uncles, cousins. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with a Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 5th at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, August 6th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 3550 E. Knox Road, Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix.
