Joshua Erin Morales

Joshua Erin Morales, 22, of Phoenix, passed away October 30, 2007. A graduate of Brophy College Preparatory in 2003, Josh worked for GoDaddy.com in Gilbert for the past year and a half as sales coordinator. “Sunshine” a nickname from his mom, with his beeming personality, Josh was a great mentor to his brother Tim. They often spoke of becoming pilots. Josh also wanted to be a guitarist and a music producer. He was in a band called Georgia Drive where he played guitar. Josh’s life was about his love of music, family, and friends. His laugh was contagious, his deep voice was resounding, his dry cynical sense of humor was always on key. Josh spoke about the strength and love of his very special mother Tangie. Also nicknamed “Linus” from his favorite Peanut’s character, like Linus to Charlie Brown, Josh was a best friend to all who knew him. As in life Josh towered over all of us and shall now be our tower of strength and hope. For all he left behind, Josh we will all remember your guitar gently weeping. Joshua is survived by his loving mother Tangie Hernandez and father Bill Morales, his brother Tim and sister Cyndi, his grandparents Robert and Yolanda, and William and Juanita. And to all who knew and loved him. God bless you, Josh. Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 5th, at Brophy Chapel, 4701 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Visitation will be from 5:00
