MARGARET ANN LOWRY

Margaret Ann Lowry 79, of Phoenix past away peacefully at home with family on November 30, 2008 . She was born February 23, 1929 in Phoenix, Az. Margaret was the wife of the late Arthur Lowry and the daughter of the late Tom Adams. Margaret retired from PBSW Office Supply Co. after many years. After retirement she called bingo and played when she could. Her passion was bowling which she did until she lost her battle with cancer. Her favorite past time was with her dear friends playing cards and Bunko.
She leaves behind her sister Rosalie Dressler of Scottsdale, sons David Downs of Phoenix, Michael Fredrickson of Surprise, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind 4 stepchildren; Judy Lowry, Janice Lowry-Gothold, Bob Lowry and Joanie Mogalian. Visitation will be from 11:00-12:00 noon, Friday, December 5, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, with a Funeral Service at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at 2:00pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix. In lieu of flowers you may make donations to Hospice of Arizona, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, 85014, in memory of Margaret Ann Lowry.
