Dear Landis, Dan, Danny and Frances,
I just found out today a year after Robby’s death of his passing. I am deeply saddened to hear of your terrible loss. I will keep you in my thoughts and know that Robby will be forever in yours and our memories. I still often think of you all with fondness and Claire went to see if you were on facebook and found this news. I know Robby was so amazing in so many ways as a child and as a young man. Our love and prayers.

Dear Dan & Landis, John Misner and I haven’t hooked up with each other for awhile . Well, we finally did hook-up, that’s when he shared the devastating news about your loss and your amazing son, Robby !

Dan,it has a been some time since I have had been able to enjoy our long weekend of fly-fishing. Two of my missed trip’s were the result of being up to bat two times in five years with Hodgkin’s-Lymphoma.

I never know what the proper thing to say to the loved ones. So,
please know that Robby,and the entire Mayasich clan are in our thoughts and prayers.

Robby, I know and love you through your mom, she beamed about you all summer long while we took our long walks on the Vineyard, I am so very lucky and happy to have become a part of your life through hers, I will always love you, I threw a piece of east coast seaglass into the ocean for you, and I am bring one to your family today to celebrate your life and remember you forever……Thank You Robby for your gift of love to all of us!

Our thoughts are with you. He was a wonderful, sensative, thoughtful, and kind friend. Khale was very grateful to have him in his life. We’ve always remembered be him with a smile and warm thoughts. We remember well that smiling bright-eyed boy. Our hearts go out to you all, for the unbelieveable loss you have sustained. It was amazing to read of Robbie’s legacy – that smile and spirit just continued to grow . That the manner of his death was in an act of generosity and courage heightens that legacy, and makes us feel that Robbie is still a powerful presence. Bless him, bless you all. Dear Mr. and Mrs. Mayasich and Mayasich family,
I remember Robby as SUCH a great and nice guy. When we were in 5th and 6th grade, I remember going to Claire Thomey’s house and walking in and seeing him sitting on the refrigerator eating cheerios watching TV. Robby was always so funny, and a free spirited guy. Everyone in Minnesota feels for all of you.
