55, of Phoenix passed peacefully on February 22, 2016. She is survived by her husband Raymond of 32 years, sons, Raymond Jr. and Manuel, her mother Maria Annie Banegas, brother Ramon Alday, sisters Cecilia Alday, Carmen Escontrias, Margaret Melendez, Tina Villalva and 3 grandchildren. Teresa is preceded in death by her father Ramon Alday and grandmother Maria A. Aledo. A Visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 4, 2016 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.

I was so sorry to hear about Teresa’s passing. My prayers go out to all of her loved ones. I worked with her at Gateway Community College for about a year, and in that time, was able to share many wonderful times with her. She and I would call each other “cousin.” She was always there with a smile and a loving word, and I know she will be truly missed.

To my ComardeTeresa , I’ll never forget you!!! I love you so much you were just as important to me as my own family. When I heard that you had gone to be with your maker I was crushed and in disbelief . I had to question the Lord why? Why her? All I could think was he needed you some where else more important. But who am I to question the Lord anyway. All I wanted to know was were you going to be ok, cuz for you to have to leave your husband and children had to very hard for you but there was something or someone more important that needed your help. And that is one thing that was very important to you was to help those in need. That’s what you did on a daily basics. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SPECIAL SPOT IN MY HEART!!
