Carol Therese Ameche

Carol Ameche passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on July 22, 2013.  She was born Carol Therese Olsen in Chicago, Illinois on June 2, 1934 and is survived by her husband of 57 years, Don Ameche, Jr.; five children, Kevin (Tami), Don III (Brenda), Kathy (Robert Berliner), Susan Warner (Gary) and Michael (Colette); thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren; one grandson predeceased her.  Visitation Thursday, July 25 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix.  Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, July 26
