
Angela Pilon, 92, of Phoenix, passed away on 7 August 2007. Angela was born in Durango, Colorado on 30 September 1914. The Pilon family moved to Winslow, AZ in 1942. Angela and her late husband, Ben, operated a grocery store in Winslow until 1956, then moved to Phoenix. Angela retired from Motorola where she was employed for over twenty years. She was preceded in death by her husband of over fifty years, Ben, in 1984, and by her 8 year old granddaughter, Angela Marie Pilon. She is survived by her two sons, Dr. Charles D. Pilon Linda, and Maurice B. Pilon Martha. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Terrence Pilon, Carin Robinson, Cheryl Meyer, and Cynthia Mero, Kevin Pilon, Mark Pilon, Michelle Crampton, Denise Llera, and Lance Pilon. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass was held at St. Gregory Catholic Church in Phoenix. She was buried beside her late husband at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Phoenix.
