Hello, I am sorry for your loss, I am a Realtor in Oregon and your father is named in a title search on some property that was already paid off, I am trying to get a hold of the family to release the lien being that it was paid off. Can you please contact me back if you are still getting this email. My apologizes for contacting you this way, but it is the only way to find the survivors of the trust.
