ARBALLO,

75, of Phoenix, Arizona. Born on August 5, 1941 to Reynaldo and Nellie Celaya. Frances was called to Heaven to be our Angel on March 23, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Lupe and Irene.  In her blessed life she is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lupe Arballo, 3  daughters, her son, 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and her sister Mary Limon.

grand – Arturo II, Andrew, Andrea, Angel

great – Arturo III, Elizeth

Daughter – Kathy

grand – Monika, Veronika, Kendrick, Kayla

great – Ruby, Vionica, Vincent, Aviyanna, Valentino

Daughter – Christine

grand – Ciera, Danny Jr., Danielle, Celina

great – Ricardo Jr.

Son – Reynaldo Jr.

grand – Reynaldo III, David, Brittany, Gabriella

5 great grandchildren

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M., with a Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, in Phoenix. Interment to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, in Phoenix.

We Love you with all our heart.  You will truly be missed by us all left here on earth.  We all know she will be watching over us while drinking coffee with her mom and sisters.  May you rest in peace up in Heaven.

You Lupe and the girls were such a huge part of my childhood, I considered you as my second family. You values have been such an instrument in the way I lived my life. The laughs the memories have always been with me threw the years. I wish I could have spend more time with you but the miles have kept us sperated. You are now whole again and sitting in Paradise with all of our loved one’s. You will be truly missed but never forgotten. I Love you. Until we meet again..
