
Trynoski, Arthur P.,
Arthur P. Trynoski, 96, of Phoenix, AZ passed away at Hospice of the Valley on August 8, 2009 from natural causes. He was born in Duryea, PA on November 7, 1912. He had a large family of seven sisters and three brothers, all deceased. My uncle was a proud WWII Veteran and served in the US Army 31st Eng. Combat Battalion Co. “B”. He played semi-pro baseball in New Jersey after the war and was a bowler in leagues in the Phoenix area. He worked for the US Post Office for many years as a clerk. He leaves behind nephews Tommy Trynoski and Joe Popp; niece Theresa Maino and many grand nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, August 14, 2009 from 10:30 – 11:30 A.M. with the Funeral Service at 11:30 A.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix. Interment with Military Honors will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th St., Phoenix. Contributions in his memory may be made to Hospice of the Valley – Coronado Home, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
