86, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away July 6, 2011. Robert was preceded in death by his brother Anthony. He is survived by his son Ernest (Julia), daughter Teresa (Samuel), companion Maria, brother Richard (Trini), three sisters, Louisa, Ramona (Joe) and Frances, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He grew up in Prescott, AZ and served proudly in the U.S. Army. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle and grandfather. Funeral Mass will be said at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 12th, at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1418 S. 17th Ave., Phoenix. Interment will follow at 12:30 P.M. Tuesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
