Beatrice ” Tichie” De La Lama Barcello

Beatrice de la Lama Barcello, Our beloved mother 94, entered into rest on March 18, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Beatrice “Tichie” was born in Phoenix on October 29, 1918 one of the first families of Arizona.  She was the last surviving child of Pedro and Katie de la Lama.  She was preceded in death by her husband Angel in 2008.  She was a wonderful mother, cook and friend to everyone she met.  She will be sadly missed by her son Don Barcello and daughter Sandy Gardner (Gary), grandsons: Eric Barcello, Shawn Barcello, John Barcello and Matt Gardner and six great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be at 9am with a Funeral Service at 10am, Friday, March 22, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix.  Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. A Reception will follow the cemetery.
