My beautiful auntie No words can express the sorrow I feel to know that you have left this Earth. But the joy and the happiness I feel are even greater, knowing that you are with our Heavenly Father You earned your wings and you’re there with all the family that has gone before us. I love you very much auntie. I’ll always remember that day when I was going to school at Phoenix College. I stopped by your house on the way home and you let me make lasagna for you and your family. That’s one of my most favorite memories of you, aside from playing Trivial Pursuit in your living room! Don’t you worry about your family here, especially your sister Dora. I will take good care of her, and she will always remember you as the wonderful sister you’ve always been. Give my Dad a great big hug for me okay ❤

Our thoughts are with you as you celebrate the life of my wonderful Aunt. We are struggling not being able to be there to hug you and share the love of our large family circle. We love you and miss you all! Peace be with you.

It saddens my heart to know she’s gone from this life, but I can just imagine the joy she’s having now with God and all her loved ones. She truly had faith and was an example to everyone. I remember the first time I met Aunt Sylvia, I thought for such a small woman I don’t how she carries that big heart around. I will always remember my last conversation I had with her and I think of it often. thank you Aunt Sylvia and rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers for all the family.

Dear Barela Family- it was with such sorrow to see the name of Sylvia’. I worked at Skagg’s in Cosmetics, probably 40 years ago. Working with her was always a fun day and she truly was a wonderful, sweet lady! You were blessed to have her in your lives as I was blessed to have worked with Sylvia. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
