Julie Beloit, a radiant beacon of love and joy, was embraced by God’s eternal grace on August 12, 2023. Born on June 28, 1967, in Peoria, Arizona to Alicia and Felipe Navarro, Julie emanated a zest for life.
A proud alumna of Peoria High School, class of 1985, Julie wasn’t only an academic achiever but also an outstanding cross country runner for the women’s team. Her dedication and discipline, set during these formative years, steered her throughout life.
For 38 incredible years, Julie dedicated herself to serving the city of Peoria, leaving an indelible mark on the community and her coworkers whom she deeply cared for and called friends. Her unwavering commitment and care were a testament to her selfless spirit.
As an Administrative Assistant at the city of Peoria, she met her husband, William Nicholas Beloit, a Water Utility Operator. She was a faithful and loving wife to him for 34 years until his passing from cancer in 2020.
Above all, Julie treasured her role as a mother to their four children: William, Nicholas, Caitlyn (deceased), and Julia. Through her living children and her future grandchildren, her legacy of dedication, generosity, and faith will continue to shine and thrive.
As a sister, Julie shared an unbreakable bond with her six siblings: Phil, Larry (deceased), Priscilla, Andy, Jessica, and Erica. Their shared memories, filled with laughter, love, and unity, will forever resonate in their hearts. Equally cherished were the bonds she held with her nieces and nephews, for whom she loved dearly.
In her free time, Julie was often found dancing and singing to music, baking sweet treats for family and friends, walking her beloved dogs Mace and Gia or planning unforgettable gatherings where she laughed and smiled. She cherished making memorable moments with others and always found joy in following Jesus Christ.
Julie was always there to help. She loved unconditionally. She forgave wholeheartedly. Through all her actions, Julie honored Jesus and faithfully followed His teachings, reminding us the importance of being in service to others, love, and forgiveness.
Join us in celebrating Julie’s remarkable life on Friday, August 25, at 9 AM at Christ’s Church of the Valley, 1565 N 113th Avenue, Avondale, Arizona. This will be succeeded by an interment at the Holy Cross Cemetery, 9925 W Thomas Road, at 11 AM. A reception in honor of Julie’s memory will convene post-ceremony at Christ’s Church of the Valley.
