I met LeRoy through work and worked with him for about three months. In that short period of time, I am glad that I was able to meet and get to know someone as charismatic, intelligent, and pleasant to be around. LeRoy kept me entertained and was someone I looked forward to working with. Knowing the impact LeRoy had in my life during my limited interaction with him, I know that the impact he had in the loved ones lives’ around him was much greater. I wish LeRoy’s family the best during this difficult time, and will keep LeRoy and his family in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathy to Leroy’s family. My heart goes out to you. I have been blessed by working with Leroy for several years. He gave 110% and always could be counted on. He was gifted with wisdom and an ability to connect with those who could benefit from his mentoring. Leroy was a valued and respected member of the team and he sure had an exceptional ability to cook some delicious food that he generously shared with his co-workers, many times. May you feel God’s comfort as you grieve. You are in my prayers.

We will greatly miss Leroy, who was a smiling and supportive presence at Valleywise Behavioral Health. He was a kind man who did right by the vulnerable patients he worked with every day, and was depended upon by his coworkers. We share in the sadness of his family at his untimely loss.

Some of my fondest memories with Leroy were the times that we could talk about the palpable experiences that life is made of. He could light up a room with smiles and laughter yet be a calming energy too. I will miss his presence but I will never forget his energy. I am not surprised by the thoughtful, positive, and loving comments made here on Leroy’s behalf as he was an amazing person.
