
Vincenza Mafalda Braender, 87 of Phoenix passed away on September 21, 2016 after a long illness. Mafalda, “Mada” as she was affectionately named, loved her family in the U.S. and her siblings back in her home country of Italy. She was devoted to taking care of her youngest granddaughter prior to her illness.
She is survived by her sons, Richard and Robert; grand-daughters, Hannah, McKayla and Alexandra; sisters Lilly and Italia and brother, Franco.
Services will be on October 1st, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018 with Interment at St. Francis Cemetery Mausoleum, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix.
Celebration of Life Reception will follow at 5014 East Clarendon Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
