
Lillie Stella (Perez) Broderick, 93, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2018. She was born on June 8, 1924 to Concepcion and Pedro Perez. Lillie was second generation Phoenician who attended Saint Mary’s grade school and high school. She married her high school sweetheart Harold (Lefty) Broderick in 1943 and celebrated 64 years of marriage. She was a devoted mother and wife who loved her family and loved to laugh. Lillie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Cheryl Gallego, sister Mary Reynolds and brothers Freddy, Oscar and David Perez. She is survived by her children Harold (Jan), James, Cecilia (Mike) Walker, Edward, Daniel (Renee), Elisa (Brad) Bryant, 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and numerous loving nieces and nephews. Rosary will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. with a Funeral Mass immediately following at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 8620 N. 7th St, in Phoenix. Interment will be private at a later date at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. A special thank you to all the staff at Hospice of the Valley.
