91, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2013. She was born in River Falls, Wisconsin on November 22, 1921. Imelda relocated to Phoenix with her family in June of 1956. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Milton W. Brooks. Survivors include her 7 children, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving and gentle mother to her family. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:00 A.M., at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix. Interment will be private at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
