Of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013, just before her eighty first birthday which would have been on December 19, 2013. Betty loved Kivel Manor where she resided for the past 2 years and she enjoyed visiting with several of the residents there. Betty loved attending the Center for the Blind where she had most of her friends. She was very active there where she attended classes such as ceramics classes, Spanish classes, word puzzles, music, and bingo. Betty was very talented, she played the piano, and guitar. She loved all kinds of music and dancing. She was preceded in death by her first husband, (Buzz), Percy Busby and her second husband Paul Whedon. Betty was a strong woman of faith, with an outgoing personality. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
