birthday, Flag Day, 06/14/13. She was born 06/14/43 in Pittsburgh, PA to Charles and Florence Burkhart. Flo moved from Pittsburgh to Phoenix in 1980 where she resided for 33 years. She was a loving Mother to Michael (Jacque) Caliguire and Cheryl (Laura) Newberry, dear Sister to Harriet (Manny) Cadena and Mark C. (Kyle) Burkhart. She is also survived by her beautiful Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, and Friends. Flo loved life and always had a smile on her face. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Phoenix this November. Memorials can be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
