
Carl Lorrain Snider. At 80, he left this earth for his home with Jesus on the evening of November 15th. Despite battling many health trials, he lived a selfless life, worked hard and made life fun for people around him. Originally from Kentucky, he resided in Phoenix. Loved and respected by all, he is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nancy Armstrong Snider; daughter, Lorriane Scorza and husband Jim; son, Jonathan Snider and wife Dawna; grandchildren, Justin, Nathan and Whitney Scorza and Joshua and Danielle Snider; and two sisters, Minnie Collins and Doris Seay as well as many dear friends and relatives. A celebration of his life will be held at his home church, Maryvale Baptist, 5702 N. 35th Ave., on Wednesday, November 19th at 3:00 P.M. with visitation one hour prior to services. Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, November 20th, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Donations in his honor may be made to his church or Hospice of the Valley.
