She was an adoring proud Grandmother of twenty-two Grandchildren, a Great Grandmother of thirty-one and Great great Grandmother of two. Jeannette was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 16,1931; to Franklin Earl and Lucy Walker. Preceded in her death by parents Earl & Lucy; brothers, Frank, Bud, and Brian, sisters Elaine, and Jan; and loving Son Jeffrey Scott. Her Surviving children, Terrie Avery, Larry Hanson, Julie Jones, and Shelly Weindel. Stepchildren; Dan, Steve, Colleen and Cathy. Jeannette dedicated her life to caring for her family. She loved to decorate, and she always created a beautiful, warm, comfortable home where all loved to visit. Our fondest memories, celebrations, and holidays were spent together in her home; surrounded with love & lots of laughter. She had a long career as an accountant, to the family business “Shamrock Construction”; and to many other businesses. She loved nature, from the desert cacti to the sunny beach; her favorites were Arizona sunsets and roses. We will always hold in our hearts her beautiful smile and kind compassionate spirit. Graveside Services to be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ; at 10:00 A.M. A reception will follow the service. A “Celebration of Life” will be held in Salt Lake City; to be announced later in November 2021.

Jean was a “rock star” ! Loving, compassionate, down to earth, “tell it like it is”, smart, funny, energetic. The mom of my best friend Jeffrey and such a sweetheart. They are finally reunited and I will have such fond and loving memories of them for the rest of my life. Rest In Peace until we meet again!
