Sarah A. “Sally” Cuddihy

Sarah “Sally” Cuddihy passed away on July 13, 2021. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1927 to Mr. and Mrs. R.H. Havens. Sally was a graduate of St. John’s Hospital in Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri. She moved to Arizona in 1951 and worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Sally was a member of the St. Thomas the Apostle Sodality since 1958. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Cuddihy. Sally is survived by her children: Scott (Roberta), Carolyn Cover, Mary Dombey (Douglas), Jack Cuddihy, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Vincent de Paul Society are appreciated.

On Friday, July 23, 2021 services will begin with a Visitation at 9:30 am, the Rosary starting at 10:00 am, and the Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 2312 E.
