57, of Phoenix, moved on to meet his Father in Heaven and his Father Pablo on July 19, 2015. He is survived by his wife Joann, daughters Victoria and Jessica, son Oscar Jr, five grandchildren, four brothers, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved mother Victoria. He leaves us with rich memories of courage and unselfish love for all of his brothers, sisters and whoever he came in contact with. He literally put roofs on hundreds of families in the Yuma area as one of the top roofers for over 30 years. He will be greatly missed by all his Kwatsan family in Winterhaven, CA.
