DeEtte Priscilla Redlingshafer Gaughan of Phoenix, AZ. passed away, January 10, 2009. Born in Kansas City, MO. to Ray and Edna Redlingshafer. DeEtte was a fun-loving, outgoing, full-of-life lady, a loving wife, mom and grandmother. She loved all her social groups, which included Start Starters, Children’s Theater, St. Thomas Sodality and Brophy Bridge. Will and DeEtte spent 25 years dancing with Desert Dance Club. She had a great love of travel, was never lost, just always on a “Piggly Wiggly Adventure” from Rocky Point to NYC to Europe. She is survived by her husband Wilbur, children; Charles of Phoenix, AZ., Rebecca Gaughan of Seattle, WA., Charlotte Dan Taylor, Hot Springs, AK., Victor, Phoenix, AZ., grandchildren, Regina Carlos Gutierrez of Gilbert, AZ., Garth Chelsea Gaughan, of Gilbert, AZ., Daniel and Allison, great grandchildren, Lorelai Gutierrez, brother, Ray Redlingshafer of Overland Park, KS. and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm, with Scripture Service at 7:00pm, Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30am, Wednesday, January 14 at St. Thomas the Apostle, 2312 E. Campbell Avenue, Phoenix. Interment will be at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
