Martin Del Campo

January 6, 1934 – August 28, 2022

Miguel Martin Del Campo, 88, died on Sunday, August 28, 2022 in Glendale, Arizona. Mr. Martin Del Campo was born on January 6, 1934, in Los Angeles, California, the son of Miguel and Eleuteria Martin Del Campo.

Mr. Martin Del Campo moved to Arizona at the age of 6 years old. He served as MP in the Military. He worked for over 30 years with Union Local #383. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

His survived by his wife Maricruz Muñoz, one Granddaughter Kathy Del Campo Lucero and 4 great grandchildren: Gabriella, Miguel. Juanita, and Gabriel Jr., and his four sisters, Laura (Don) McFadden, Mary (Rey) Mortensen, Dora (Frank) Valenzuela, Olivia (Jose) Luna, and Mona Gonzales. He was very loved and will be missed and preceded by the death of his beloved wife, Juanita Torres Martin Del Campo.

A Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018. The funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Mesa Cemetery, 1212 N. Center St., Mesa, AZ 85201.
