Dela Rosa, Isabel Z.
Born May 25, 1933, Sonora, Mexico. Isabel was one of four children. Sister, Flora Alicia is living and she had one brother and one sister both deceased. Arnold and Isabel met in Nogales and began their loving journey of 35 years of marriage together. Her love of travel took her and Arnold to many beautiful and memorable places. Isabel loved to meet new people and brought peace and joy to all she encountered. Isabel spent 35 years in the teaching profession in Mexico and Arizona. Her beautiful spirit touched so many through her teaching, her volunteer work, and her commitment to the church. Her involvement in the Catholic Renewal demonstrated her belief in Christ. She was a member of St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church. Isabel was the proud, loving mother of one daughter, M.A. Isabel; grandmother of three, great-grandmother of two and great, great-grandmother of two. Isabel’s spirit lives on in the lives she touched each day. She was like the orange blossom; soft, pure and filled the room with her beauty wherever she went. She remains in our hearts and her beauty lives on in the lessons she taught to all blessed with her presence.
