Condolences for the family of “DOWNEY, AUBREY RICHARD”

Condolence from Jamie Snider, Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 8th, 2020 3:57 pm

Dear Mrs. Downey, Debby and Pat – what a true gentleman and generous, ethical man A.R. was. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Without “Mr. Downey”, as I as a teenager called him, I would never have learned to hunt nor heard his campfire stories of flying over the hump from Burma to China in WWII. May you find comfort in his legacy of friendship and generosity.
