DRASLER, MARIE E.

June 22, 2011 Leave A Condolence

DRASLER,

passed away June 19th at age 86. She is survived by her children Maryellen and Tom, daughter-in-law Debbie, son-in-law Bill and grandchildren Elizabeth, Thomas and Connor. She will join her husband, Tom, who passed in 1998 after 48 years of marriage. Marie was born in Warren Ohio and moved to Arizona as a young adult where she lived among friends and family for over 60 years. Marie’s family was always her delight and her devotion was a constant throughout her life. Her dedication was shown through the caretaking of her parents, the family values she taught her children and the love she bestowed upon those she cared about. Marie loved to cook, bake and entertain family and close friends. Those who she touched will miss her immensely and will always remember her with love and appreciation. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8pm, with a Rosary at 7pm, Sunday, June 26th at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Funeral Mass will be held at 10am, Monday, June 27 at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1730 W. Guadalupe Road, Mesa. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Catholic Charities, My Sister’s Place Domestic Violence Shelter, P.O. Box 1869, Chandler, AZ 85244 or The Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation, 225 N. Muhlenberg St. Woodstock VA 22664
