Alice S. Fitch, 101, passed away peacefully at her home on October 17, 2018. She was born July 25, 1917 in Kiel, Wisconsin. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Clyde, eldest son Robert, and four brothers. She is survived by her son Rick (Margaret), grandson Kevin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Alice was devoted to her family as a loving mother and grandmother. As a young woman, she was employed by the shipyards in Wisconsin as a bookkeeper/payroll accountant. In later years, she and her husband owned and operated an outdoor advertising company in Phoenix, AZ. She will always be remembered for her sense of humor, quick wit, and giving generously of her time and talents. Alice will forever remain in our hearts.
Visitation is Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. with Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix. A Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 2312 E. Campbell Ave., Phoenix, with Internment following mass at St. Francis Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th St. Phoenix, AZ.
