Suzanne Marie Flores, born on June 21, 1961 in Phoenix, passed away on June 7, 2022. Suzie will be greatly missed by her sisters Frances Esquer, Julie Ruiz, and Marissa Thompson, but she’ll be with our mother Mary Ellen Abril Ruiz. Suzie was kind and understanding, the best daughter, sister, and aunt. Faith, family, and friends were her priorities. She made everyone feel special, making friends everywhere she went. Suzie worked many years at Motorola and later enjoyed working with children as a head start teacher and a caseworker for the City of Phoenix. Watching novelas and classic tv shows, going out to lunch and vacations at Disneyland and San Francisco were her favorites. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 10:00am with a reception to follow at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3450 W. Ray Rd., Chandler. Burial will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix. Condolences may be expressed at www.whitneymurphyfuneralhome.com
