95, went to be with our heavenly father, on March 26, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife Mercy of 63 years and daughter Mary Bernice. He is survived by his daughters Margaret (Charles) Garcia, Gloria (Raul) Tapia, Anna (Jerry) Barclay, Elizabeth (Ray) Toscano, 2 grandchildren Tony and Lauren and 3 great-grandchildren Nash, Cameron and Liam. Visitation will be from 5-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm, Monday, March 31st, 2014 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Funeral Mass is at 10am, Tuesday, April 1st at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington Street, Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.

I have so many wonderful memories of living next to Ralph, Mercy and the Francos. Ralph was indeed a special man. So very kind, so soft spoken , gentle and spiritual. He and Mercy were my moms dear friends and always looked after her. It was a wonder neighborhood. Fond memories of the Francos will live in my heart forever.
