Frank Joseph Williams, 64, born May 6, 1944 in Watertown, New York, died peacefully in his home in Phoenix, AZ, February 5, 2009. Frank is survived by two brothers; Dr. John F. Paula Williams and Thomas M. Beverly Williams, and six nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Marion Williams. Frank graduated in l962 from Carthage High School and in l964 from Mohawk Valley Community College. He then served 4 years in the Navy. Upon his discharge, he moved to Utica, NY where he owned the Char Mar Kennels and also owned That Place Bar. In l995 he moved to Phoenix and owned and operated, Most Valuable Pet grooming. He raised and bred Schnauzers winning many prestigious awards. Donations can be made to Cactus State Miniature Schnauzer Club, 30905 North 77th Way, Scottsdale, AZ, 85262. There will be a Memorial Service Saturday, February 14th, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix.
