93, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on May 21, 2011. Julia was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband Fernando. Julia is survived by her son Frank (Sonny) Gallego and daughters, Lucy, Diaz, Irene Gallego, Natalie Rios (Henry), Sylvia Leon (Danny) and Virginia (Virgi) Valenzuela
(Rudy), 18 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren 11 great, great-grandchildren and one sister, Jessie Fuentes. We will always remember you for your sassiness, kind nature, tremendous faith and great cooking. You are forever in our hearts and will be greatly missed. Thank you for your undying care, support and love. Not even the riches of the world can replace you. Love, Your Family. Visitation will be at 9:00am, with a Funeral Mass at 10am, Friday, May 27, 2011 at St. Mary’s Basilica, 231 North 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
