Ned C. Godinez, 88, of Phoenix passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on October 17, 2017. Ned is survived by his wife; Elia of 65 years, daughter; Sharon (Jim), Norma (Michael), Jeri (Joe), his sisters; Elva and Emma, 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-greatgrandchildren. Ned retired proudly from Wells Fargo after 35 years. His wife and family were his world. A Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M., Thursday, October 26, 2017 with Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24th Street in Phoenix. Burial to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.

This week we lost a great man. He was my uncle and a very important part of my life, especially when I was growing up. He will be missed by so many. My prayers offered for my Aunt Elia, Sharon, Norma, Jeri and their families.
