Mary Gomez

It is with great pain and sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Sylvia Gomez (Arellano), 74, of Chandler. Mary entered eternal rest on November 20, 2020 at Hospice of the Valley. A loving wife, mother, nana, tia, nina, sister and friend passed peacefully surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gertrude “Gertie” Barraza. Con mucho sentimiento to Rudy and all the family. I will miss her so much. She was a great camping buddy and great listener. I will miss her company and laughter. She would tap the table top to the rhythm of the music and move
a little when she liked a song at the lodge. It is good to see these little signs when you see your friend is happy. I miss her and lived her so much.
