Rose Marie Havlicek of Phoenix, AZ, born Feb 05, 1937 in Chicago, IL, passed away at the age of 79 on Nov 12, 2016. She is preceded in death by husband, Charles Havlicek, and daughter, Joyce Havlicek. She is survived by son, Richard (wife Brenda) Havlicek, Sr, daughter Charlette (husband Val) LeChuga, grandsons Richard Havlicek, Jr. & James Havlicek, and great grandchildren Kiara Havlicek, Richard Havlicek, III and Xavier Havlicek. A Memorial Service will be held at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix on Wednesday, November 16th, 2016 at 7:00 pm.
