Met him through his work, and I have to say he was one of the most down to earth hard working people I met. It was an honor to meet your child, lots of laughs and good times. My sincerest condolences to the family. Rest in Paradise brother Ty! You will be missed!

Though we hadn’t talked in a while, you were never far from thoughts. During a rebirth in my life, you came and enhanced it. You helped me see the beauty in life when I was mint able to. You reminded me to enjoy my life and take each moment to its fullest. I’m sad that I won’t hear you laugh or share a joke and a smile, but I’m happy you won’t have the darkness anymore. Only the light my brother. Thank you for being apart of this crazy human existence. My condolences to Tyler’s family.

I am just now hearing of his passing. I first met Tyler in high school and although we went to different schools, he grew to be a good friend and even my prom date my senior year of high school. I hadn’t talked to Tyler or seen him in years until running into him downtown bar tending at Cobra arcade bar. The last time I saw him was a month or two before I moved out to NYC. He even gave me a free drink and made sure to say hello. I remember telling my current boyfriend “he was my prom date and we got kicked out that night!” That was definitely one of the best memories I will have of him for sure! That’s just who he was- life of the party and adventure seeker for sure. He was also kind hearted, full of life and just wanting to be a friend to anyone and everyone. Tyler’s free spirit and genuine good hearted nature will never be forgotten. I will never forget you, Tyler. You will truly be missed by many! My sincerest condolences to your family and friends.

I met Tyler years back and always thought so highly of him. He radiated joy and kindness and his smile was contagious. We weren’t ever close friends, but I knew well enough how wonderful of a person he was. He is loved by so many and my thoughts are with his friends and family.

You truly impacted my life with your positive attitude and I promise you will never be forgotten. I am saddened by your absense but I know you are in a better place looking over all of us. Dear Hintze Family,

We are so sorry for your loss. His life was a blessing, and though our encounters were all too brief, we remember them as meaningful along the journey. From Pack 340 Cub Scouts at St. Thomas to our last full family reunion style hugging embrace at the Cobra, like every encounter in between and with every Hintze we have known, we knew his kind heart. It is the Free Thinkers among us who advance the Human Spirit that struggle most with our Human Condition, often at the expense of personal gain.

    Our Heart Felt Condolences,

    The Malkoon Family

I met Tyler last January when Cobra opened for the first time and he was always the most fun, energetic dance machine, rap extraordinaire! I got to know him even more and always enjoyed his smile and attentive eyes. I will miss him very much and I know his amazing friends and family will too. I’m glad that energy cannot be destroyed only transferred so I know he’s not lost. My heart goes out to all of you. The most love.

Understanding, caring, patience, beauty and strength. These are five tenants to live by. And in time of enormous challenge, we may only find solace in one. I send you all of my personal strength. I pray that the sorrow is lifted

My heart goes out to my Uncle Jim, Aunt Ann and my cousins for this terrible loss. I am always going to miss his smile and laughter, but mostly his dance routine with my cousin – Aimee at weddings we have. Heaven gained a beautiful soul and I am glad he got to meet my grandfather, finally. Praying for time to help heal this loss we all are feeling, right now

i was not fortunate enough to know tyler, but when i walked into the celebration last evening to honor his mother and grandmother and their family and saw enough people to populate a small town, i knew how much he was loved and will be missed. after reading the small bio card that was handed out, i was thoroughly convinced that ann and jim had created and nurtured a multi faceted, marvelous person. i am truly sad for everyone’s loss.

My greatest sympathies to Tyler’s family.

I was so shocked when I received notification of Tyler’s death from Kathie. How could this be?! Tyler was so young, so full of life, fun, and adventure, he was so skilled socially and appeared to me un-phased by any situation, person or challenge that came his way. He was a wonderful support to my beloved Wally (David Wallace) while Wally was struggling with the progress of his terminal cancer. He cheered Wally out of morbid desperation numerous times, and Wally and I both enjoyed joking with him in ways that no-one else would have dared or seen fit.

I’ve been feeling very sad these last few days, not only because Tyler is gone, but also because when he died, he took with him a part of the living memory of Wally. Now, like Wally, what lives on of Tyler is our memories of him. He persists in our minds as long as we think of him. I will be thinking of him whenever I think of Wally. They’ve gone to the same place. When my time comes it will be a comfort to believe that I’ll be joining them.

I’ve just watched the memorial slide show on YouTube
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFtqbJ_qO8M
The sky-dive had tears rolling down my cheeks. So full of life there. Why can’t he still be!

Dear Ann, I’m so sorry for you in particular. A mother should never have to suffer the loss of her child. Can there be anything more painful?
