Donna Hnida, age 64, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on May 19, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father John Hnida. Survivors include her mother, Nancy Hnida and brother John A. Hnida. A Memorial Mass will be said on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 2312 E. Campbell, Ave., Phoenix. Interment at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Phoenix will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be sent to the Arizona Humane Society, Phoenix, AZ and Hospice of the Valley, Phoenix, AZ.
