A loving wife and devoted mother is survived by her husband Dr. Unen Hsu for 42 years, daughters Nicole and Danielle, grandchildren James Carbone and Kira Glover. A Memorial Service for Anastasia Hsu will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ In lieu of flowers , donations may be made to American Diabetes Association, 5333 N. 7th St., #B212, Phoenix, AZ 85021.
