
James R. Yeager, Sr., age 85, of Glendale, AZ, passed
away February 15, 2008. A native of Mercer County, KY,
he served in the U.S. Army. He lived in Illinois 41 years, prior to moving to Arizona in 1982. He was an electrician in the construction industry; owned & operated Mt. Zion Electric in Illinois, and Yeager Electric in Phoenix. He was a 50 year member of Macon 8 Blue Lodge. He was also a member of the
Consistory and the Ansar Shrine Temple, a member of the American Legion, an Exalted Ruler of the Maryvale Elks and also the Phoenix West Elks. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lee; daughters Patricia A. Hendren of Miramar, FL., Beverly Jean Ruzich of Big Pine Key, FL., Connie Boden of Phoenix, AZ., and son Thomas Scott McKee of Ramsey, IL.; granddaughters Melissa Rae, Crystal Leigh, grandsons John James, Luke, Jim III, Adam, and Scott; great-grandchildren Skylar, Nathan, Kaeleigh Rae, Kate LeighAnn, Mitchell, Cole William, and Raegan. He is also survived by his brother Cletis Yeager of Harristown, IL., and his sister Cordelia Huffman of Harrodsburg, KY. Jim is preceded by his parents Everett & Margie Yeager; his brother Donnie Glenn Yeager, sister Azille Satterly; and his son James R. Yeager, Jr. Memorial Service will be held at Phoenix West Elks Lodge, at 5525 W.
