
64, of Scottsdale, passed away unexpectedly on September 6, 2016 with her family by her side. Jean was born on November 16, 1951 in Zanesville, Ohio to Decil Czigans and Iline Harper. Jean graduated from Zanesville High School and moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 1984. Jean was an active member of the community with the Girl Scouts, served on the board of her HOA, and routinely donated time to help serve the under privileged. She is preceded in death by her parents Decil and Iline, husband Richard and brother Jim. Jean is survived by her children Patrick (Jacqueline) Daugherty, Karen (Justin) James, grandchildren Tyler and Taylor Daugherty and Katelynn James, sisters Louise Ethel Rivero and Debbie Phillips. Memorial Service will be at 10:00am Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Pastor John Higgins will officiate the ceremony. All friends and family are welcome to attend and celebrate Jean’s life. Condolences and flowers may be sent to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
