Mary F. Jordan
May 18,1913 – February 19, 2014
Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother passed away early Wednesday morning February 19, 2014. Mary was one of 16 children born to Joseph Ferris and Lulu Ganem, (Immigrants from Baskinta, Lebanon) in Sonora, AZ. While living in Sonora, she met and married Joe Jordan. After moving to Phoenix, they founded Jordan’s Mexican Food. She was a wonderful cook, talented artist, and member of the Cedar Club. Mary’s greatest pride was her family. She was truly one of a kind- always making everyone around her feel special. Her Lebanese roots taught us the importance of God, family, food, music and fun. Mary loved life; her passion, enthusiasm, smile and laugh were contagious. Thank you for your love and teaching us how to enjoy. So much to miss, yet our hearts are full knowing you are reunited with family and friends in Heaven. Enjoy His glory.

Dear Joe and all the Jordan family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. You always spoke so lovingly about your Mother, she will be sorely missed. However, she will always be in your hearts and will continue to be a positive influence in your lives. The best memorial to her will be to continue to make her proud as you always have.
