JUDISCAK, AMALIA
Amalia Judiscak loved life, and everyone loved Mali. She touched people’s lives wherever she went and whatever she did. It sounds cliche, but she was a shooting star – brilliantly lighting her path in an all too short life. She was taken from us far too soon in our understanding, but at the perfect time in God’s loving plan. We already miss her so much and can’t imagine life without her.
Mali was born in Tucson, Arizona just 17 short years ago. Mali loved animals, particularly her dog, Elliot (and everyone else’s dogs too). Mali was a natural athlete, being the youngest of 5 children, with three older brothers, Ray, Elijah and Dom, and one older sister, Chelsea. Mali loved to sing, even though she could not carry a tune, and Mali danced like no one was watching. Mali was smart and confident and beautiful. Mali had a style all her own. Mali loved to greet patrons of Ace Hardware, where she worked part-time as a cashier, and loved to photobomb every picture she could. Mali was strong, but had a tender heart, and displayed genuine love and care – but Mali also called it like she saw it.
Mali is survived by her sister and brothers, her parents, Dot and Kevin Judiscak, her aunts and uncles, Carol and Mark, and Sally and Jim, and her grandmother, Katherine “Nina” Mitchell, her half-sister, Staci Loucheim – and also by the many she encountered before leaving us. We love you Mali. We still expect for you to walk through the door, but instead will have to wait until we come to you.
A Gathering will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 4:00PM with Funeral Service to begin at 6PM at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Condolences may be expressed at www.whitneymurphyfuneralhome.com

Dear Judiscak family,
Amalia visited our home several times with friends. We only knew her for a short time, but thought she was a beautiful, sweet and sensitive young lady. We send warmest sympathy and prayers to your family. With the passage of time, may you somehow find peace in knowing that Mali now sings (in tune), photo bombs and dances with the angels.
Be Blessed,
The Waldeck family—Linda, Marty, Summit, Casey, Vanessa and Jacob Volpe
I am so very sorry for your loss. I am on staff at Amalia’s high school but also a member of the community and Amalia was always there to help at ACE hardware when I would stop in to get items. She had the most beautiful smile and warm personality and she just helped me a few weeks ago with an exchange and was excited to call out to me the next day at school. 🙂
There are no words to say as I know your hearts are heavy. Love, light, peace, and healing to all of you.

In just the last several years that we have been reaquainted we have always looked forward seeing as much of all of you as we can. You and Kev have raised all these dear one’s so well! Going through something like this can only been done by leaning on our Dear Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ. May you sense His Presence over you in these days, weeks and months ahead. We love you all! Jim & Beth Tevlin
God bless you all in Jesus name. I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked with Amalia at ace, she was great at her job and always kind to the employees and customers.
Molly use to sit on the bus with me when I was younger. What happened to her was absolutely awful. nobody deserves that, especially not her.
We are so incredibly sorry for Amalia’s tragic passing. We remember her and her mom fondly from our kids’ days at ANLC/Echo Canyon. We lost our own son, Spencer, almost 2 years ago, and we miss him every day.
With empathy, sympathy and love,
the Espinosa Family (Ethan, Isabel, Alison and Aurelio)
Thinking of you lots right now mali. You and I were friends in middle school, and your brother and my brother were best friends when we were younger. I hope wherever you are, that you are at peace and your soul is doing well. Lots of love
