Passed away on February 16, 2012. Bill was born on February 28, 1932 in Big Rapids, MI. He is survived by his wife, Margaret of Phoenix, 2 brothers, John Heidemann and Robert Heidemann, 4 children, Carl W. Kissner, Scott W. Kissner, Lisa M. Nichols and Gena L. Kissner, 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Bill was a veteran of the Korean War, a former high school teacher/coach, and long time manager of the South Phoenix Social Security Office. Memorial Service has been held.
