68 of Phoenix, passed away on July 3, 2016. Born in Flushing, NY, Sarah lived on Long Island. Her family relocated to Phoenix in 1956, where she attended St. Francis Xavier Elementary School and Xavier College Preparatory and attended Phoenix College. Sarah retired from First Republic Bank in San Francisco and returned to Phoenix in late 2015. She is survived by her husband, Jack, of more than 36 years, daughter Catherine of Los Angeles, 4 brothers; Peter (Mary Lou), John (Mary), Patrick, and Michael (Chris), sisters Mary and Bridget (Pete). She is preceded in death by her sister Ellen (Bob). A Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M., Monday, July 11, 2016 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4715 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix.
