KOLESAR,

John Gerald Kolesar “Jerry”, 63, passed on Saturday, April 25th, 2015. He was born March 17th, 1952, in Phoenix, Arizona where he lived his entire life. His skills as a jeweler were only surpassed by his generosity and kind heart. A loving father, grandfather, brother, son, friend and coach he is survived by many people, all whom he loved deeply. Visitation will be held at 6:00 pm with a Rosary/Service at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, April 29th, 2015 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am, Friday, May 1st, 2015 at St. Louis the King Catholic Church, 4331 W. Maryland Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.
