SIMPSON, JAMES ANDREW
92, of Phoenix, passed away on July 10, 2016. He is survived by his daughter Mickey, son Dave (Connie), granddaughter Anne, great-granddaughter Maddie many nieces, nephews, stepdaughter Sharon and caregiver Sanda. He is preceded in death by first wife Vernie and his second wife Yvonne, sisters Katherine, Jean, Anna and Garnet. James loved the Lord and loved sharing the Bible with anybody that would listen. James was a proud World War II Marine Veteran. A Funeral will be held at 10:30 AM, with a visitation one-hour prior on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at North Phoenix Baptist Church, 5757 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix.
You will be missed by so many Grandpa! You lived a long life and made it through a lot. Thank you for being the man you were. I enjoyed our talks. Spread your wings and fly high! I love you!

so sad to hear about uncle jimmy, i only met him once, but thought about him often , expecially when i would water and care for the orange tree in my house, that he sent me the seeds from his yard. i know that he is in heaven with all his family now. RIP uncle Jimmy
So sorry to hear about Uncle Jimmy we only got to meet him once but I really enjoyed the day we all spent together going to Springfield Illinois to all Able Lincoln’s historical sites I hope he enjoyed that day and meeting all of his Illinois family, The Simpson family is all reunited once again but now in heaven, RIP Uncle Jimmy
