Forrest, Lorie Ann

Loving Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. Lorie’s infectious spirit captured all that came in contact with her in such a positive way that she will forever live within our hearts. She will be missed but never forgotten. She has gone to be with her niece Kaity and grandparents among the angels. She is survived by her 3 beautiful children, Matthew Forrest, Teresa Forrest, Tasha Edwards, grandson Matthew Anthony Forrest, her mother Jacque Boyd, father Larry Forrest, 3 sisters and a brother, daughter-in-law and brother-in-law. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, June 14th, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix
